Dear Friends, Welcome to St. Mary School located in North Vernon, Indiana and within Jennings County. Our school is a ministry of St. Mary Parish and affiliated with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. St. Mary School is a kindergarten through eighth grade, Catholic elementary school. St. Mary School is fully accredited by the Indiana Department of Education and North Central Association. It is also recognized nationally by United States Department of Education and received the No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbon Award for high academic achievement. St. Mary School continues the rich tradition began in 1865, of academic excellence, spiritual, Christ-centered faith development and moral values. We strive to provide quality education and instill Christian values to prepare children for the future.
